Rehearsal Dinners at Balducci Vineyards
2010 Food Options
Chicken Bianco
Breaded Chicken breast topped with a blend of mushrooms, broccoli, and our Homemade Parmesan white sauce.
Chicken Vignoles
Grilled chicken breast topped with a lemon-mushroom-wine sauce and served on linguini noodles.
Mediterranean Pasta
Grilled chucks of chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms and spices tossed with linguini noodles in a light garlic-wine sauce.
Cannelloni
Noodles stuffed with beef, chicken, and vegetables and topped with marinara and creamy Parmesan sauces.
Lasagna
Layered with spinach, beef, and cheeses and topped with our own marinara sauce.
Manicotti
Noodles stuffed with cheeses and topped with marinara sauce.
Pasta Con Broccoli
Cavatelli noodles blended with broccoli, mushrooms and a rich cream sauce.
Tutto Mare
Shrimp, clams, crab, and mushrooms tossed with linguini noodles in a light butter-garlic-wine sauce.
Shrimp and Broccoli Pasta
Linguini noodles tossed with shrimp, broccoli and spices in a light butter- wine sauce.
Seafood Pasta
Shell-shaped pasta with shrimp, crab, and clams in a cream sauce with a touch of tomato.
Prime Rib
8oz prime rib with seasoned new potatoes and vegetable medley.

Romaine and iceberg lettuce, bacon, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, black olives, red onions, Italian cheeses and
croutons with vinegar-oil dressing

Combination Salad
